The governments of Mexico and the United States work together to guarantee the security
of the US agricultural inspection team in Michoacán and thus be able to resume the export of Mexican avocados to the neighboring country to the north, although the date of the possible resumption has not been specified.
This was announced last night by the United States embassy in Mexico on its social networks: “Facilitating the export of Mexican avocados to the United States and guaranteeing the safety of our agricultural inspection teams go hand in hand. We are working with @GobiernoMX to guarantee security conditions that allow our personnel in #Michoacán to resume operations.”
