The organization will seek to minimize the number of people affected when making new hires and betting on voluntary departures.
The ICRC, one of the most important humanitarian organizations in the world, had launched a call for obtain donations worth 2.8 billion francs.

But it was forced to cut its budget downward, to 2 billion francs, and points out that it started 2023 with a deficit of about 140 million.
