What cars can’t circulate today?
According to him official calendar this Wednesday they must suspend their circulation:
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2
-Cars with red stickers
-Plates that end in 3 or 4

-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2 that do not have red stickers or plates ending in 3 or 4
Will there be a Double Not Circulating Today?
No. This Wednesday the Double Hoy No Circula is not activated, since there is no environmental contingency in the Valley of Mexico. The program operates as usual.
Where does the measure apply?
In Mexico City, all 16 municipalities are subject to the program.
In the State of Mexico, the municipalities are:
-Atizapán de Zaragoza
-Coacalco
-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca
-La Paz
-Naucalpan
-Nezahualcóyotl
-Nicolas Romero
-Tecámac
-Tlalnepantla
-Tultitlán
-Chalco Valley
In addition, since July 1, 2025, the measure also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with holograms 1 and 2. In these municipalities, the fines began to be applied as of January 1, 2026.
Fines for non-compliance
Driving on a restricted day can cost you between 20 and 30 UMA, that is, between 2,262 and 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that issues the violation.
