No. This Tuesday the Double Today Not Circulating will not be activated, as this extraordinary measure only comes into force during environmental contingencies. The restriction that applies today corresponds only to the regular calendar.
Where does the program apply?
Hoy No Circula is mandatory in the 16 municipalities of Mexico City and in the following municipalities of the State of Mexico:

-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca

In addition, from July 1, 2025, the measure also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for vehicles with holograms 1 and 2. In these municipalities, fines will begin to be imposed until January 1, 2026.
Fines for non-compliance
Driving during restricted hours can cost between 20 and 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA), equivalent to 2,262 to 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that applies the sanction.
