What cars can’t circulate this Thursday?

Additionally, in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco the restriction applies from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with hologram 1 and 2 since July 1. The fines will begin to apply from January 1, 2026.
How much is the fine for non-compliance?
