Santo Domingo.- The psychologist Noel de la Rosa will publish this Sunday, February 5, his new book entitled “The Lie as a psychosocial strategy, naturally sincere, socially liar”, it is a writing that contemplates lying in all areas of daily life.
De la Rosa told elCaribe, that in this first volume he deals with how people tend to have the vision that lies are bad and that the truth is good, and this is not always the case.
“Truth and lies should not be measured based on what they are but based on what they seek” assures the writer.
The expert in organizational psychology considers, that if someone tells the truth to damage, hurt or eliminate permanently, then the truth is not good. On the other hand, if lies are told to protect yourself, to avoid harming or killing a person, then lying is not bad.
This emotional intelligence researcher affirms that before questioning the lie or the truth, people should ask themselves, what is being sought by lying or what is being sought by telling the truth?
