The Transport Superintendency sanctioned the transport companies ANT Cargo SAS, and Transportes Sánchez Polo SA, as well as the cargo generators Camco SAS and the company Galletas Noel SAS, for making payments below the operating costs established in the System of Efficient Operating Costs -Sicetac.

The control entity determined that the transport companies and cargo generators they failed to comply with 40 manifests, since irregularities were identified in these. The faults refer to the criteria that regulate the economic relations between the actors of the public service of automotive ground transportation of cargo.
Transport companies and cargo generators were sanctioned with fines totaling $1,519 million pesos.
According to the Superintendent of Transportation, Wilmer Arley Salazar Arias, “These sanctions were imposed once the corresponding administrative investigations had been carried out.which took place after the Ministry of Transportation alerted us about those companies that register payments below efficient operating costs, information that is generated when the reports made by the actors in the National Cargo Registry -RNDC are compared. -, with the information provided by the Efficient Operation Costs System -SICETAC” he indicated.

The company ANT Cargo SAS was sanctioned for a value of $341 million; Transportes Sánchez Polo S.A. Logistics Operators, for $416 million; Camco SAS for $416 million and Galletas Noel SAS for $343 million.
With these sanctions, the Superintendence of Transport has already sanctioned a total to 3 load generators and 3 transport companies for failing to comply with the payment in accordance with the efficient costs of operation, and the total amount of the same amounts to $1,800 million.
