What cars can’t circulate this Thursday?
According to the official calendar must remain parked:
Vehicles with green stickers.
Cars with plate termination 1 or 2.
Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2.

The following are exempt from the program:
-Vehicles with hologram 0 or 00.
-Electric or hybrid cars.
-Vehicles with a hologram 1 or 2, but that do not have green stickers or plates ending in 1 or 2.

No. This Thursday, Double Today Not Circulating has not been declared, since there is no environmental contingency. The restriction will only be the usual one.

Hoy No Circula operates in the 16 municipalities of Mexico City and in 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico:

Additionally, in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, the measure applies from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with hologram 1 and 2 from July 1, although the fines will begin to apply until January 1, 2026.
Fine for non-compliance
Not respecting Hoy No Circula can be expensive.
The sanctions range from 20 to 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA). In 2025, each UMA is equivalent to 113.14 pesos, so the fine can range from 2,262 to 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that imposes it.
