What cars can’t circulate this Thursday?

Additionally, in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco the measure applies from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with hologram 1 and 2 from July 1, although the fines will begin to apply until January 1, 2026.

Fine for non-compliance

Ignoring Hoy No Circula can be costly. The sanctions range from 20 to 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA). In 2025, each UMA is equivalent to 113.14 pesos, so the fine can range from 2,262 to 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that applies it.
