The ninth under 18 baseball team from Panama continues with its training prior to its participation in the Pre World Cup to be held in the city of La Paz, Mexico from November 4 to 13, 2022, the Panamanian Baseball Federation announced the list of players who will participate in this tournament and immediately made themselves available to the director Ricardo Medina who gave a technical talk prior to training.
This Pre-World Cup is divided into two groups, Group A, which is based in La Paz and where Panama will play together with Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Nicaragua, while in Group B, based in San José del Cabo, the teams from United States, Venezuela, Canada, Puerto Rico and Peru.
During training on Tuesday, November 1 at the Rod Carew National Stadium, work was done on defensive aspects and the pitchers warmed up under the watchful eye of former major leaguer Roger Deago, pitching coach.
