Santo Domingo.– The Southern Electricity Distribution Company (Edesur) reported that nine sectors will remain without electrical supplydue to a recorded fault the early morning of this Saturdaywhich caused the departure of several circuits at the Los Prados substation of the National District.
In that sense, the energy company explained that the incident affects the Piantini, Julieta Morales, Quisqueya, Los Praditos, Evaristo Morales, Enriquillo, Las Palmas, Savica and Juan Pablo Duarte de Herrera expansions.
The state institution apologized for the inconvenience caused and stated that it is working to restore service in the shortest time possible.
