Nine members of a family died when a house caught fire

Nine members of a family, all minors, died when the house where they lived located in the Dos Lagunas sector, Coche parish, Caracas caught fire, according to reports.

The first reports indicate that the fire occurred at 4:00 pm this Friday for reasons not yet determined.

One of the deceased is Yoselyn López, a 17-year-old teenager who had given birth 15 days ago. Their newborn, Lión Alexander Guillén López, also died.

The other deceased are: Diana Guillén (15), Daviana Guillén (16), Antonela Guillén (4), David Guillén (6), Victoria Guillén (8), Yonny Guillén (11) and Cleiver Valero (14).

Fire department officials went to the scene to extinguish the flames and begin investigations into the origin of the fire. Cicpc agents also appeared at the scene to remove the bodies.
