MADRID, Spain.- Nikolas Cruz, confessed author of the massacre at a high school in Parkland, south Florida, in 2018, he was formally sentenced this Wednesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole; after a Florida jury failed to reach a unanimous agreement last October to recommend the death penalty.

The judge told the families of the victims that their personal stories “would not be forgotten.”
