At the Paso Canoas Migration Control Post, a 42-year-old Nicaraguan citizen was detained by inspectors on duty from the National Migration Service who attended the process of entering the national territory as an extradited, of this man.
The citizen is required by the Panamanian authorities for the crime of attempted homicide.
The operation was carried out in coordination with Interpol Panama units, which proceeded to the custody of the subject in question, to continue with the rigorous procedures.
Personnel from the Panamanian Foreign Ministry and the Costa Rican Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) also participated in this procedure.
