Neymar arrived in Brazil this Friday to sign a contract with Santos, the club in which he formed, twelve years after his departure.
The Brazilian striker, former FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, among others, arrived at an executive aviation airport near São Paulo, on a flight from Saudi Arabia with a scale in Nigeria.
In his first activity in his country, Neymar survived the Pacaembu stadium by São Paulo by helicopter, where he debuted as a professional on March 7, 2009 with the Santos shirt, in an activity for a sponsor.

Pacaembú is the second house of Santos, because sometimes the club uses it as a host, as long as he decides to play in São Paulo, a city where there are more Santistas fans than in Santos herself, city located on the coast, 75 kilometers away.
Neymar plans to travel by helicopter to Santos, where this Friday he must sign the contract, give his first press conference and present himself to the team’s fans at a party at the Vila Belmiro stadium.

“I want to thank the fans around the world who really wanted this moment. They have spent almost 12 years since I left the most famous ‘vila’ in the world and it seems that it was yesterday. My feeling for the club and the fans never changed,” Neymar said.
He also thanked Al-Hilal, a club that hired him in 2023, but with which he could only play seven games for the serious injuries he suffered shortly after his arrival in Saudi Arabia.
