Neymar was delayed in Paris (AFP).

Neymar and Marquinhos missed the first training session for the Brazilian national team in Turin on Monday due to problems with the flight that had to depart from Paris.

The star forward and the captain of the team led by Tite were delayed in the French capital and did not arrive for the first practice session that took place at the Juventus training center in Turin.

As reported by the Brazilian portal Globo Esporte, Lionel Messi’s teammates in Paris Saint Germain had to change planes and could not leave France on time.

Despite these two absences, Brazil was able to carry out its first training session in Turin with 24 of the 26 called up.

The selected five-time World Champion will be in Italy until the weekend and will travel to Qatar on Saturday.

Brazil’s debut in Group G of the World Cup will be on November 24 against Serbia, on November 28 they will face Switzerland and they will close the group stage on December 2 against Cameroon.
