According to journalist Eduardo Preve on his social media account X, these people will present their first testimony before the Prosecutor’s Office on that date.
Both victims were minors when they were allegedly sexually exploited by Penadés. This case adds to other testimonies and complaints that have arisen against the former legislator, who is facing legal proceedings for crimes of this nature and is currently incarcerated in a Florida jail.
“Prosecutor Alicia Ghione summoned two new victims of former senator Gustavo Penadés for September 11. These are people who will give their first testimony to the Prosecutor’s Office. They were minors when they suffered sexual exploitation by Penadés,” wrote the journalist from radio M24.
Both cases add to other complaints and testimonies that have emerged in the context of the investigation against the former legislator.
