Women’s football experienced a historic day this Saturday in Brazil… and in South America. The second leg of the Brasileirao final, between Corinthians and Internacional, from Porto Alegre, gathered 41,070 spectators in Sao Paulo, which represented the attendance record in a match between clubs on the continent.
In a great atmosphere typical of great occasions, Timao, pushed by the ‘Fiel’ his crooked fan, won 4-1 and took the Brasileirao, the fourth in its history and the third won in a row.
