Eng. Fernando Méndez, representative of the employer sector, and Guillermo Puga, representative of the workers, were sworn in this Tuesday, May 2, as president and vice president of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Fund.
They replace Aida de Maduro and Alfredo Macharaviaya (RIP) for a period of 20 months, as established by Law 51, organic of the CSS.
Méndez indicated that the first objective during his administration is to direct positive communication in all directions, to achieve the best results and resolutions of the projects that have been working on.
Likewise, he said, it will seek to preserve peace and social security above all else; In addition, the works will be supervised seeking the best results for the benefit of the insured and the community in general.
