A new “mochasaldo” revealed? Víctor Hugo Carlos Espinoza, who until a few weeks ago was the congressman’s main advisor Passion Dávilafrom the Socialist Bank, reported that he requested the monthly bonus of approximately S/2,000 that he received so that he could continue working in his office.

As stated in PanoramaDávila asked him to “support him with some bonuses or something that could benefit him because he has a lot of expenses.”
Víctor Carlos refused to hand over the amount, but indicated that during the weeks of representation, in which they traveled to the interior of the country, he fully covered the expenses of mobility, gasoline, food and lodging “without Dávila spending a single sol.”
The person in charge of collecting the money that Dávila demanded from his workers would be Diana Arancibia Cóndorwho is also a technician in the legislator’s office and, according to Sunday’s images, enters and leaves Pasión Dávila’s home with her own key.
Arancibia went from earning 1,732 soles as an assistant to earning more than 7 thousand soles in the legislator’s office. Víctor Carlos pointed out that she is the one who also decided aspects of the parliamentarian’s agenda.
“Diana does not have a proper professional development but she has the support of the congressman. Since I met her she has always done the same job, as a secretary. If I have a person who does not know how to write a letter and earns more than 10 thousand soles, what conclusion am I going to draw?”, said the former advisor.
Consulted by the journalistic program, Dávila denied the salary cut and denied an extra-work relationship with Arancibia. “Am I the only one who lives in that building?” he responded. “It is totally false in every sense (that he asked Víctor Carlos for the bonus). They will have to prove that,” he concluded.
