Fimerca He explained that the properties and assets continue under the ownership of the Mayor’s Office of the National District. Likewise, he explained that all financial decisions are handled with criteria of transparency and traceability, and that income will operate in trust accounts from the market itself, without intervention by individuals.
The trust indicated that this design avoids discretion and ensures that resources are reinvested in strengthening the market and improving conditions for traders.
The executive director of Fimerca, Nelson Camilostated that the process differs from previous initiatives by being based on a public modeltransparent and institutionally armored, designed to ensure continuity and sustainable results.
Camilo stressed that the integral trust to the Government central, the Mayor’s Office of the National District and merchants as fundamental actors of the project.
