Due to the budget cut applied to the Judiciary this 2025, salary increases cannot be given. At least that was informed in a trade signed by Laura Sandra Hasbach, former director of Human Resources, and dated August 14.
“In the distribution of the Federation Expenditure Budget for exercise 2025 there was not enough resources for its allocation to this concept of spending, the above, derived from the reduction determined by the Chamber of Deputies to the Budget,” reads the trade.
On September 5, the administration body notified the new salary tab, according to which the average and higher controls will not have insurance for major medical expenses, nor the individualized separation insurance.

“It was already explained to us that this is due to a problem due to migration to the new computer system or the update of the database, (but) right now we are skeptical of any promise, any word saying that the new authorities do (…) any situation, any alteration, because it makes us nervous,” he acknowledges, since from the judicial reform it was guaranteed that they would not be affected and that was not fulfilled.
