Queretaro, Qro. The National Conference of Governors (conago) will work on a new reform for the distribution of resources to the states, announced the new president of the Conago, Salomón Jara Cruz, governor of oaxaca.
During the LXIII regular meeting of the Conago, which was held in QueretaroHe added that public security, electoral reform and the promotion of a social policy will be the issues he will raise at the conference.
“We are already reviewing some issues that we have raised, such as the issue of public security, which concerns us all, the issue of electoral reform, as well as social policy, and an issue that seems very important to us was attached: about a reform for the distribution of resources to the states, a new formula to discuss and analyze”, he deepened.
The governor brunette explained that it was also agreed that the next session of the conago It will be on March 21, in Oaxaca.
Within the framework of the Conago meeting -which took place in the Government Palace of Querétaro-, the governors approved the creation of the Treaty Commission between Mexico, the United States and Canada (USMCA), which will be coordinated by the governor of Michoacán, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla.

The governor of Querétaro, host of the meeting, Mauricio Kuri González, declared that the election of the new president of the Conago was unanimous, at the proposal of the head of government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum.
