The National Council of Trade in Provisions (CNCP) announced this Thursday the third edition of its event “Expo Provisiones 2022”, to be held from Thursday, June 2 to Sunday, June 5 in the event hall of Plaza Sambil, in the city of Santo Domingo.
In this version, the event’s motto is “Trade, catalyst for Dominican industry.”
Alberto Leroux, president of the Expo committee, reported that this year the event will be dedicated to Nestlé Dominicana and will have the participation of Guatemala as the guest country.
“This council is recognizing the trajectory and presence in our country of an institution that has meant progress, perseverance and stability in the business world, with a presence in more than 200 countries,” Leroux said.
Regarding the invited nation, he stressed that the presence of Guatemala in this meeting is presented as a great opportunity to attract investment and promote trade relations between both nations.
The president of the CNCP, Julio César Pérez Mata, explained that the objectives pursued by the Expo include: sharing best practices and expanding the commercial knowledge of suppliers, entrepreneurs, students and professionals in the area; In addition to putting suppliers of goods and services in contact with supply stores, and promoting the entrepreneurship trade in supplies, bringing resources closer to merchants.
The event will feature important business roundtables, talks, conferences and, above all, the participation of entrepreneurs, in addition, the offer of provisions at “unbeatable prices”.
The information was offered during a meeting, at the Utesa Convention Center, in Santiago, together with businessmen linked to trade in this area.
The announcement of the event marks the beginning of a route of meetings that will be developed with the associates in each region of the country to motivate the merchants to be part of this Expo Provisiones 2022.
