A double from Cristiano Ronaldo gave Al Nassr the victory against Damac (2-0) and keeps them third in the Saudi Arabian league, which this weekend reaches its twelfth round, five points behind the leader, Al Itthad of Karim Benzema.
Cristiano does not fail and scores game after game. He added two goals against Damac and raises his historical mark to 915 throughout his career.
The Portuguese scored the first shortly after the quarter-hour mark, when a handball inside the area by Abdelkader Bedrane was awarded as a penalty. The Portuguese launched it and did not miss.
The Damac led by the Romanian Cosmin Contra and which is installed in the middle of the classification was left with one player less at the time of the match, when Abdelkader Bedrane saw the red card.
Al Nassr sealed the match with ten minutes left in an action from the left by Nawaf Boushal, who sent the ball into the area and Cristiano, first of all, shot correctly and beat Amin Al Bukhari for the second time.
Al Nassr is third, five points behind the leader, Karim Benzema’s Al Ittihad, whom they visit the next day.
