The Network of Intellectuals and Artists in Defense of Humanity, Argentina Chapter, expressed its resounding support for the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the context of the worsening of the political, economic and military attacks to which it is being subjected by the Government of the United States (USA).
Through a statement, the members of this chapter expressed their support for the Venezuelan government’s presentation before the Supreme Court of Justice to withdraw the nationality of Leopoldo López, who is in favor of a US invasion of Venezuela.
“In recent statements (López) described President Maduro as the head of a narco-terrorist cartel, helping to justify the military threat that looms over Venezuela, he endorsed the naval siege – which has already claimed 43 extrajudicial victims – and promotes it becoming an armed intervention by the US in the Bolivarian national territory,” the document details.
The text highlights that world history has collected imperial mechanisms of domination by force, including attacks, selective assassinations, defamations, provoked conspiracies and other modalities adopted by hybrid wars, willing to combine military force with irregular actions.
