“This is an escalation by Maduro that makes the dialogue even more complicated,” he said in a statement sent to the news agency AFP Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp, adding that there would “undoubtedly be a response” to this decision.
France and Italy have not yet reacted.
