During the meeting with the Israeli press, the Netanyahu spokesman said: “Luck is cast: we will completely occupy the Gaza Strip,” according to the newspaper YETH AHRONOTH.
Operations in areas with hostages
“There will be operations even in the areas where hostages are found. If the Chief of the General Staff does not agree, he should resign,” he said referring to the Army leader, Eyal Zamir, in view of the opposition of the security estate to this measure.
Already on Monday afternoon the local press announced that Zamir had canceled the visit he had scheduled to the United States and after revealing the intentions of the president, the army responded with a statement in which he announced the cancellation of the extension of the service so far in force of regular terrestrial troops from 2025.

Deaths due to malnutrition
