One of the issues that has most concerned Colombians who cannot easily access credit, it is the one of the ‘drop by drop’as these lenders tend to charge high interest rates until the debt is paid off.
For this reason, faced with this problem, the Nequi digital platform launched the program ‘Propellent Loans’, a credit option so that people can access the request for money more easily.

With this new project, the application seeks to provide users with the opportunity to access credits ranging from $500,000 to five million pesos. But the best, is that it can be paid within 24 months, this being the only condition to reduce risks.
María del Pilar Correa, who is the product manager of Nequi, emphasized that one of its main objectives is to “combat informal networks of credit or drop-by-drop services, that they have become a trap for people’s finances because they charge excessively”.
Likewise, he added that another important aspect is that “the Propulsor that we have designed is an experience that is transparent to the service environment. We want that people know up front how much they have to pay including interest or related expensesso that they project their finances and can even pay it faster if they so wish”.

Enter the Nequi application and go to the ‘Closet’ option

Once there, click on ‘Propellent Loan’

You must select how much is the amount of money you are going to request.

You must accept terms and conditions, fill in the required data and that’s it.
You must bear in mind that for the loan to be approved, the entity will evaluate aspects of the financial life of the applicant, in which it should not be reported in risk centers and above all, being a user who frequently uses the application service.
