Friar Vasquez Castillo had presented false documents before the Congress of the republic and the Public ministry to avoid going to summonses, since the National Health Superintendence (Susalud) does not recognize the laboratory that provided the COVID-19 results to the president’s nephew peter castle and that he presented to justify his absences.
As reported by Panorama, the relative of the head of state presented a document allegedly issued by the GD laboratory, however, when going to the address of the premises in Los Olivos, they find a property that is for rent and where no clinic or medical establishment operates. .
On January 19, Fray Vásquez claimed to have tested positive for COVID-19 in a supposed antigen test and therefore did not attend the Audit Commission, a session where they sought to interrogate him about Pedro Castillo’s meetings at Breña’s house. Panorama noted that the same evidence was sent to the prosecution.

“I don’t know this person. I have not applied this test. (…) I do not carry out this type of test”, said the surgeon Liliana Vásquez Cirineo, whose name appears in the document presented by Vásquez.
“No. It has not been discarded in any way as mentioned in this document. It’s not my signature either. Yes, my data is correct (name) and my tuition”, he added.
Due to this fact, Fray Vásquez would have incurred in the crimes of forgery of documents, not contributing to the public administration and generic falsehood.
The National Superintendency of Health (Susalud) confirmed that the positive test for COVID-19 delivered by Fray Vásquez does not correspond to an authorized laboratory.
“The laboratory for which you are consulting is not in RENIPRESS, therefore, it cannot offer any health service to the population”, he indicated.
