Along these lines, he pointed out that while anyone can learn to perform in any position, learning time can produce bad decisions.
“Anyone can learn, but while learning, that learning curve can be long and while you can make poor decisions, and We citizens pay for those decisions, something more rigorous needs to be done”he expressed.
