San Cristobal.- The coordinator of the Abel Martínez project, in the province of San Cristóbal, Nelson Guillen predicted that Mayor Santiago will obtain victory in the consultation that the Dominican Liberation Party will hold next Sunday.
He said that to obtain the victory that will make him the next presidential candidate of the PLD, Martínez has the sympathy of the majority of the members of all the instances of that party.
He argued that in San Cristóbal, Martínez has the support of 51.11 percent of the members of the central committee, 100 percent of the deputies, 72.90 percent of the presidents of the intermediate committees and 62 percent of the presidents of the municipal committees.
With the control of all the instances of the PLD in the province and with the most experienced leaders in electoral processes, the electoral victory of Abel Martínez’s project is assured, declared Guillén.
The coordinator of the Abel Martínez project in the province of San Cristóbal released the statistics that show the strength of the candidacy of the mayor of Santiago.
In a press conference attended by the engineer Rafael Hidalgo, member of the political committee, the deputies Idenia Doñé, Tulio Jiménez and Eddy Montás, 22 members of the central committee and 35 presidents of intermediate committees.
