Santo Domingo.- The President of the Republic, Luis Abinaderappointed Nelson Arroyo as executive vice president of Seguros Reservas on Tuesday morning.
The appointment was shared through the president’s WhatsApp channel.
For the past four years, Arroyo served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel).

Likewise, in 2022 he assumed the role of vice president of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM).
He holds a PhD in Law from the Universidad Central del Este (UCE) with a master’s degree in Senior Public Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and l’Ecole Nationaled’Administration, France.
