A man, identified as Eder Peña (40), was accused of insulting a teenager and whipped by a group of neighbors, in the Piura region. It was reported that the victim accused said subject of having tricked him into a vacant lot to rape him.
According to América Noticias, the sexual attack took place in an open space located near the hill known as ‘The Devil’s Nose’, in the district of Marcavelica, in Sullana. A neighbor noticed the fact and alerted the other residents.
After that, the outraged neighbors took tree branches and captured the subject. Then they flogged him. Apparently, the subject would have been found together with the 15-year-old minor. Police rescued the man.
The teenager assured the authorities that the man, who is his neighbor, tricked him into helping him wash his mototaxi, according to América Noticias.
The cameras of the premises recorded the brutal punishment that the subject received. It was indicated that Eder Pena He was detained at the Marcavelica police station by order of the Prosecutor’s Office.
