Nearly 250,000 farmers registered in the Midagri register

To learn about the real agrarian problem in our country and address solutions, the (Midagri), to date, has registered nearly 250,000 farmers nationwide in the Register of Agricultural Producers (PPA).

According to data provided by the PIADER Project of the Sectoral Project Management Execution Unit (UEGPS), Puno (36,274 people), Huancavelica (28,728), Ayacucho (22,121) and Huánuco (20,831) are the regions with the highest number of farmers and farmers enrolled in the PPA.

In that sense, Midagri hopes to reach 2.2 million registered for “have a real registry on the producers of the field”.
