Defense discovered irregularities in the administration of funds and in the collection of travel expenses for inspections not carried out on ships in the Cotec de la Armada

The National Navy ordered the strict arrest for 15 days for the former commander of the force, Admiral Carlos Abilleiraby “serious misconduct” in its actions in the Technical Commission of the Navy (Cotec)informed the media Defensa.com and confirmed military sources to The Observer.
