He Ministry of Education (MINERD) reported, through a press release, that in the First call of 2025 approved 88,538 studentswhich represents approximately one 79.3 % of the examined.
In contrast, in the first call of 2024, the 75.5 % of the evaluated were promotedaccording to a report from the Ministry itself.
Considering assistance, both editions showed a similar performance. In 2025 they attended 111,067 of the 114,790 students summoned nationwide, corresponding to secondary education in all its modalities.
While in 2024, the assistance was approximately 80,972 students, of a total of 83,758 summoned. This figure corresponds to the average obtained based on the registered participation in each of the exams.
Results of 2024
So far, the Minerd has not published the Detailed report of the results of the tests applied in 2025. However, the report corresponding to 2024 revealed that most of the students promoted that year were women, representing a 79 %.
Also established that the highest percentage of students promoted in 2024 belonged to educational centers of the private and semi -official sector, with a 84 % In both cases. In addition, the 76 % of approved students resided in urban areas.
