With the participation of 1,094 lawyers from all regions of the country, Cohort I-2023 of the Diploma in Telematic Procedural Law began via videoconference, from the Telematic Room of the Supreme Court of Justice academic of the National School of the Magistracy.
The inaugural class included words of welcome by magistrate Bárbara Gabriela César Siero, vice president of the Political-Administrative Chamber of the High Court and coordinator of the Special Commission for Technology and Digitization of Judicial Power Processes (Cetydip), and Dr. Guillermo Blanco Vázquez, director of the National School of the Magistracy.
The magistrate Bárbara César Siero expressed, in her dissertation to the participants of the diploma course, that it is an important achievement to materialize this training process, in a totally virtual way.
He stressed that the president of the TSJ, magistrate Gladys María Gutiérrez Alvarado, is the main promoter of continuing technological progress within the Venezuelan Judiciary, with concrete facts such as the implementation of the Single Agenda, the implementation of institutional emails in all jurisdictions and the work it does to move towards the use of electronic signatures in the Judiciary.
