National Police sergeant shot dead in Miches

A sergeant of the National Police was murdered shot this Saturday inside a hotel in the La Gina municipal district, Miches municipality, El Seibo province.

According to the information officersthe incident occurred when three individuals, not yet identified, broke into room number 4 of the Mercedes Hotel and shot Sergeant Euclides Ureña Mejía.

The unknown persons stripped the victim his weapon of regulations and a motorcycle on which displaced.

They also took two phones cell phones and cash.

Furthermore, the attackers attacked to the employee of the hotelLogino Mora, who was gagged and robbed of one of the cell phones and 350 pesos that he had in his pockets. Mora suffered a head injury.
