National Government reduces the rate of traffic accidents in the country

Gobierno Nacional reduce el índice de accidentes de tránsito en el país

Road accidents in Venezuela were reduced by 36%, thanks to the public policies advanced by the Bolivarian Government in this area, reported the Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso.

“We carried out an inspection in the capital city with the Bolivarian National Police (PNB)in order to verify compliance with the strategies that the Great Peace Quadrants Mission gives us, in relation to road accidents,” Ceballos said, during an activity at the Caracas Metropolitan Distributor.

He added that the National Government is reinforcing citizen road safety plans, with the purpose of reducing traffic accidents and the response time of the police forces and the National Risk Management System (SNGR)for timely attention to these events.

Finally, the head of the Sectoral Vice Presidency for Citizen Security and Peace, Remigio Ceballos, assured that security agencies use different technological equipment to combat road accidents in the country.
