National Government attends to more than 76% of 1×10 reports in attention to water

The team of the Ministry of Popular Power for the Attention of Waters, resolved 76% of the cases reported through the VenApp and the 1×10 of the Good Government.

This was reported by the head of the ministerial entity, Rodolfo Marco Torres, on his Twitter account @RMarcoTorres, where he explained: “Following instructions from our president Nicolás Maduro, today we had an extensive and productive working day with the presidents of all the hydrological Ministry of People’s Power for Water Care, together with 1x10DelBuenGovernment at full speed with 76% of cases resolved. Let’s go forward!”

In this sense, Marco Torres highlighted that since the implementation of these instruments, more than 68 thousand 206 complaints have been received, of which 52 thousand 81 reports have been resolved.

Situation in Aragua

The Minister of Attention for Water announced that in the state of Aragua, the activation of all the wells in the Las Tejerías sector has been achieved, as well as continuing to work on the recovery of the Planta Vieja and Las Cocuizas catchment systems, of El Castaño, after being affected by the landslides that occurred in these communities as a result of the heavy rains.
