The national Government appointed the Audit Board of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG), as indicated in the Extraordinary Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, number 6,741 dated March 31 of this year.
The decree specified that the intervention process of CVG will be carried out in accordance with the previous guidelines in it.
Likewise, it details that the intervention process will have a duration of one year counting from the date of this publication of this decree. The intervention will be in charge of a board made up of a president or president, a vice president or vice president and three main members with their respective alternates.
The Audit Board will be coordinated, supervised and controlled by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.
Héctor José Silva Hernández was appointed as a member of the board, as president and Alexis José Rodríguez Cabello, as vice president.
