National Force will act in the security of the presidential inauguration

The National Force will act in security, on the occasion of Operation Presidential Possession, next Sunday, January 1, 2023.National Force will act in the security of the presidential inauguration

Ordinance No. 259, of December 27, 2022, of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), with the authorization of the measure is published in Official Diary of the Union this Wednesday (28).

According to the document, the military will participate in escort activities, in support of the Federal Highway Police (PRF), on an episodic and planned basis, from December 27, 2022 to January 2, 2023.

The ordinance also says that the contingent of military personnel to be made available will comply with the planning defined by the directorate of the National Force, of the National Secretariat of Public Security.
