The plenary of the National Board of Justice dismissed unanimously, and for the third time, Cesar Hinostroza as a judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, for interfering in the decisions of the members of the extinct National Council of the Judiciary (CNM) to ratify Judge Ricardo Chang Racuay.
The magistrate had already been dismissed last August, as a result of disciplinary procedure 040-2021-JNJ, in which he was found responsible for promoting irregular hiring in the South Lima Superior Court.
In addition, on October 6, he was also sanctioned for favoring two investigated in their respective judicial proceedings, a measure supported by disciplinary procedure No. 123-2021-JNJ (accumulated 125-2021-JNJ).
In the presentation of disciplinary procedure No. 038-2021-JNJ, by Dr. Antonio de la Haza, it was proven that Hinostroza Pariachi interfered in the functions of the deactivated National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) to ratify Chang Racuay.
“Hinostroza Pariachi made negotiations with the directors of the defunct CNM in order to ratify Judge Ricardo Chang Racuay (…), reprehensible and improper behavior of the investiture of a supreme judge”detailed De la Haza in his presentation.
Consequently, the Plenary of the JNJ unanimously dismissed Hinostroza Pariachi for the third time, having incurred the very serious offenses provided for in art. 48, subsection 4, 12 and 13, of the Judicial Career Law.
