The National Assembly (AN) approved this Thursday in the first discussion and by qualified majority, the project of Organic Law of the National Development Plan of the 7 transformations (7t) 2025-2031.
Deputy Jesús Faría (PSUV-NATIONAL) said that this project responds to the economic guidelines of the seven transformations plan, created by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro before “the policies of interference and aggression against the homeland with the intention of overthrow the Bolivarian government. ”
“This program of great transformations of the Nation has a fundamental point in the field of economy (…) Leaving the oil rentier model and giving continuity to what the commander Hugo Chávez (in the homeland plan) to give the greatest effort To raise labor productivity, replace imports, modernize the economy based on giving solid bases to the nation with the active participation of the Venezuelan working class, ”he said.
In this regard, he stressed that these economic procedures call them to eliminate oil dependence, import substitution, exports promotion and monetize the economy.
Objectives that guide them to “generate the income for the well -being of our people and our homeland (…), to consolidate a process of political stability, peaceful coexistence and integral development of the nation,” Farías concluded.
