If a twelve-year-old girl says she wants to be a drug dealer when she grows up, it means that Bolivians who want another destiny for the country have lost the battle.

No celebrations have been heard for this triumph of the narco cause, because the main character of the triumphant side was on tour, to promote the Evo Cup.

The girl was born in 2010 and only knows Bolivia dominated by the six Chapare coca growers’ federations, the Senkata factories and the enormous drug trafficking network.
The Directorate of Aeronautics says that there are 308 clandestine runways where the planes that carry the drugs abroad operate, although it falls short.

The Felcn has managed to capture, in the last two months, a total of 155 planes that are part of the largest fleet of planes that has ever existed in South America.
From the heart of drug trafficking in the region, small planes depart for Brazil or Argentina carrying the drugs produced by modern Bolivian factories.

Therefore, the destiny of the country designed by the so far triumphant side is for Bolivia to be the Afghanistan of South America, the point where the drug arrives and then leaves.

The advantage that Bolivia has to be the epicenter of cocaine trafficking in the region is that its Government and all its institutions have been controlled by the agents of this business.

In the other countries, prejudices in favor of public morality and personal ethics still persist, values that have been defeated in Bolivia.

In some neighboring countries, not all, there are Armed Forces determined to uphold the principles and values of the Republic, but that no longer exists in Bolivia.
The Police of other countries also maintain obedience to norms of civic behavior, which in Bolivia have been soaked while the commanders and the anti-drug “czars” have changed sides.

Therefore, Bolivians must know that in the next elections they must pronounce themselves on this enormous historical dilemma.

The country is going to be the Afghanistan of South America or it is going to return to the dream of being a decent Republic, towards which progress was made, with many setbacks, until 2006.

It will be a kind of plebiscite, a referendum, in which the citizens will have to decide if Bolivia has to continue down the path of becoming a narco-state, a failed state devoured by drug gangs, a militant of the axis of countries that are enemies of the western democracies.

Or if the citizens are going to confirm that they want to live in a democratic State, with legal economic activities, and determined to be a soldier on the international front of Western democracies.
