SANTO DOMINGO.- During the hearing of the request for a coercive measure in the Camaleón case, the judges who make up the Fourth Collegiate Court of the National District entered the Hearing Room of the Permanent Attention Office, because their names appear on a list that occupied Jochi Gómez, involved in the case.
These are judges Keila Pérez Santana, president of the court; Elías Santini Perera and Arisleyda Méndez Batista.
After the magistrates entered said hearing, jurist Laura Acosta, Hugo Beras’ lawyer, left the court with an upset attitude after an argument with the head of the PEPCA, Wilson Camacho, who supposedly called her perverted.
Minutes later the magistrates who make up the Fourth Collegiate Tribune came out and when questioned about the reason for their presence in said process, they stated that they are victims of the Camaleón case.
Then the magistrates entered the Secretariat of their court where they remain behind closed doors, leaving the journalists who cover the source in expectation.
It is unknown if the list on which the names of the judges appear was used in the raids carried out in the company Aurix or Transcore Latam.
The Permanent Attention Office continues tonight the knowledge of coercive measures against those involved in the corruption case in Intrant.
