Blooming continues to work on planning his team to face the Professional Division tournaments and phase 1 of the Copa Libertadores 2025, where they will face El Nacional of Ecuador. So far, the club has added seven players in this transfer market and is looking to add some more pieces to complete its squad.
Nahuel Acosta is the 25-year-old Uruguayan striker who is about to become Blooming’s new attacker. Acosta played for Peñarol until December 2024, where he recorded one goal and three assists in 10 official matches. He is characterized by being an explosive and fast player, capable of playing on the wings, although he also frequently gets close to the rival area.
On the other hand, the Blooming leadership has made progress in negotiations to sign Celín Padilla, one of Royal Pari’s most outstanding players in 2024. At only 20 years old, Padilla has earned an important place in the Professional Division, playing 30 matches with Royal Pari last season, scoring two goals and providing three assists. In addition, he established himself as the undisputed starter in the team, providing game vision and dynamism.
“It is likely that a Bolivian midfielder will arrive, although it is not yet finalized. “Everything will depend on the agreement we reach with his club,” a Blooming leader explained to El Deber Sports, suggesting that Padilla’s arrival could take place on loan.
Blooming additions in 2025
So far, Blooming has signed Gustavo Almada (goalkeeper), Marc Enoumbá (defence), Mauricio Cabral (defence), Santiago Etchebarne (defence), Martín Alaníz (midfielder/forward), Guido Vadalá (forward/winger) and Franco Posse (front). Of these players, only Cabral is Bolivian, while Almada and Enoumbá are nationalized.
