The Peruvian government expressed its discontent, considering that hiring interferes in a high -national high -sensitivity investigation. Finally, in May 2017, Heredia resigned from position in FAO.
Nadine Heredia – who did not hide his proximity to the dictatorship of Hugo Chávez – has asked the judges a “human” decision, refusing to have committed the illicit acts attributed to him or prebend any.
Contact with Venezuela
