The federal government will make a new selection, with 100,000 housing units, under the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program. The announcement was made on Wednesday (12) by the Minister of Cities, Jader Filho. The detail of the national team, according to him, will be done at 14h today, in a meeting with other ministries and mayors who participate in the meeting of new mayors and mayors, in Brasilia.

We will make a change, let’s get the projects that are more mature, those mayors who have more mature projects and those companies that already have projects will pass ahead. So that they see work, ”he said.
“These 100,000 units are a new selection that we will establish. Let’s make some changes, we will obviously improve, check what didn’t work out, because some works delayed in the previous selection. We will update the way we will make this selection so that we can make it happen faster, ”added the minister.
Containment of slopes and drainage
According to Jader, the government prepares two other teams: one involving slope containment and another, drainage. “We will also make a selection, with state governments, in the issue of prevention, in those regions where we have suffered so much from drought.
